Success in Seconds
Success in Seconds is an engaging, fun, interactive 45-minute presentation, one which can be tailored to any required length of time that details - using elite athletes and sport as a superlative example - how targeted results are shaped and influenced by three core principles.
Preparation, decision-making and execution is at the heart of what Leigh does on a weekly basis in the split-second, no-do-overs world of network television. He entwines his journey from suburban Brisbane, Australia to working for the biggest networks in the world, at times in front of tens of millions of viewers, and what your company can take from those lessons. Goals that have been a focal point of attention for weeks, months, sometimes years can be achieved in mere seconds, so long as the foundation is correctly built.
Athletes strive to achieve success via winning races, games and world championships, and like many corporations these teams and athletes are both judged and graded in an open, public forum. In the case of sport, there is a direct correlation between a team’s level of operational excellence and its on-field results: the orgnaization's lasting achievements within this demanding industry.
Success in Seconds addresses:
* Large group dynamics.
* Operational structure, discipline & the pursuit of excellence.
* Goal-oriented patience.
* Reactionary flexibility
