Biography
As a nationally recognized leadership development consultant, George Smart speaks to over 50 groups a year. He is Managing Partner of Strategic Development, Inc., a Research Triangle Park consulting firm, with 23 years experience in nearly 400 organizations. George is also adjunct faculty at Duke University Leadership and Training Associates in their Certificate Program for Scientists and Engineers.
George Smart shows how to lead and sustain change with common sense and integrity.
