Wow, wow, wow! She was simply amazing and such a wonderful person. First of all, she was so sweet and tried to make things easier on us at every turn. Second, before her session she was mingling with the attendees and trying to get to know everyone. Third, she was incredibly personable and funny, and had the entire room wiping their eyes (I'm not joking everyone).
