Dr. Muhammad Yunus was the 2006 recipient of the Nobel Peace Prize, divided into two equal parts, to Yunus and Grameen Bank for their efforts to create economic and social development from below.
He is the co-author (with Alan Jois) of "Banker to the Poor."
