It was a delight to watch Dr. Ricketts engaged the audience right from the first sentence and keep their attention throughout the entire presentation. He was informative, humorful, and witty with a subject that would have been challenging for anyone else. I wish all the opening presentations for our conferences were done with such precision and professionalism.
