Sean and Rachel Duffy
Biography

Rachel Campos-Duffy is the co-host of America’s #1 weekend cable news morning show, FOX & Friends Weekend on FOXNews.  Former Congressman Sean Duffy is the host of “The Bottom Line with Dagen & Duffy” on the FOX Business network. Together they host the popular podcast, “From the Kitchen Table,” where they discuss and analyze politics, parenting, culture, and entertainment.

Sean and Rachel were both cast members on MTV’s groundbreaking and iconic 90s show “The Real World,” where seven young people lived in a house and agreed to have their lives taped for six months. Rachel’s season was taped in San Francisco, and Sean’s season was filmed in Boston. They met on a spin off travel adventure show on MTV called, “Road Rules All Stars.”  After meeting on Road Rules they were married a year and a half later.  Today, Rachel and Sean are reality television’s first and longest married couple. They are also the genre’s most prolific couple. Together they are the parents of nine children!

After Road Rules, Sean went on to complete his law degree, eventually becoming the District Attorney of Ashland County in his home state of Wisconsin.  Ten years later, he ran for Congress in Wisconsin’s 7th district, in a long-shot race that he won, unseating a 42 year incumbent Democrat congressman.

Sean comes from a long line of lumberjacks who helped build his beloved state of Wisconsin and he’s kept their spirit and traditions alive as a world-class lumberjack athlete. He paid his way through college and law school by doing lumberjack exhibitions and competitions throughout the country and abroad, showcasing the old-time lumberjack skills of chopping, sawing, ax-throwing, logrolling, and tree-climbing. He is a three-time world champion in the 90-foot speed climb and his accomplishments in the sport are why he was also a color commentator for ESPN’s “Great Outdoor Games” for this all-American sport.

Rachel was an at-home mom for fourteen years. Between raising her kids and helping her husband launch his congressional campaign, she blogged, wrote her first book, “Stay Home, Stay Happy,” and made occasional television appearances on ABC’s “The View” and NBC’s “The Today Show.”   In 2008, Rachel co-hosted the Lifetime television series, “Speaking of Women’s Health” with the legendary Florence Henderson — the star of Rachel’s favorite childhood TV show, “The Brady Bunch”.

In 2011, Rachel became the spokesperson for the LIBRE Initiative, a non-profit dedicated to economically empowering America’s Hispanic community through the principles of economic liberty, limited government, entrepreneurship, and personal responsibility.

Rachel and Sean believe their greatest and most profoundly satisfying accomplishment in life is their family. The denigration and the breakdown of the American family is at the root of all of America’s problems and their motto is: “If you want to save America, save your family.”  Sean put that motto into practice when in 2019 he decided to voluntarily step down from Congress—a job he loved— in order to prioritize his family and prepare for the birth of his 9th child, Valentina, who was born with Down Syndrome. Both Rachel and Sean use their public voice and platform to vigorously advocate on behalf of their daughter, the unborn, and everyone with special needs.

Rachel and Sean enjoy speaking about family, politics, faith, and culture.  Rachel and Sean speak often about the importance of young people devoting time to their love life — the most important decision of their life —-  and for married people to prioritize their marriage. As practicing Roman Catholics, they believe Christians need to take their rightful place in our nation’s public and cultural square.  They are defenders of free enterprise and capitalism rooted in morality. They also love speaking about their children’s education, the leftist indoctrination infecting American schools, and their personal journey discovering the power of classical education in their children’s lives. They are grateful for their nine kids and the opportunity it has afforded them to have “do-overs” and improve their parenting game, which they are certain is their most important job and purpose on earth.
