Scott Mautz Bio

Scott Mautz is a former Procter & Gamble senior executive who successfully ran several of the company's largest multi-billion-dollar businesses (transforming business results and organizational health scores along the way).

Scott is the award-winning author of Make It Matter: How Managers Can Motivate by Creating Meaning and Find the Fire: Ignite Your Inspiration to Make Work Exciting Again (Publisher: AMACOM/Harper Collins Leadership).

He's faculty at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business where he teaches meaning-making leadership.

Scott's been named a "CEO Thought-leader" by the CEO Executive Guild and a "Top 50 Leadership Innovator" by Inc. Magazine, where he's a top columnist. Scott has also appeared in many national publications and on many podcasts.
