Amy Lynch
Biography

Amy Lynch speaks from experience. She has built businesses, grown them and sold them. Along the way, she managed--and has been managed by--4 very different generations. She brings that hard-won experience along with been-there humor to every keynote.

The creator of Generational Intelligence (Gen IQ), Amy helps companies harness the energy of this phenomenal period of accelerated change. She is the author of Gen IQ: Generational Intelligence for an Age of Disruption.

Amy has spoken to 100s of groups from MTV and Mental Floss to Reynolds, Boeing and the staff of the U.S. Senate. A regular contributor to Entrepreneur magazine, her work has been featured in The Washington Post, USA Today, Boston Globe, Huffington Post and NBC Evening News, among others.

Amy is an entrepreneur, stand-up comic and triathlete. She brings all that to the stage, along with a deep understanding of the generations that make up organizations. People come into her sessions saying, "That generation drives me crazy," but leave saying, "I can work that."
