Brian, President of National Speakers Bureau, is an active member of a number of industry organizations. He has served on the boards of Meeting Professionals International and the International Association of Speakers Bureaus. For several years he chaired the National Speakers Association/International Association of Speakers Bureaus Joint Task Force, charged with developing the relationship between professional speakers and speakers’ bureaus.
Don Jenkins [Learn More]
Don joined the sales team of National Speakers Bureau in 1999. His diverse background includes operations management, wholesale distribution and eight-years in the Marine Corps. Don is a Vice President at National Speakers Bureau. Don is an active member of Professional Convention Management Association’s Greater Midwest Chapter.
Susan Masters [Learn More]
Susan was an Account Executive in the consulting and training industry for 20 years, working with clients such as Hyatt Hotels, Exelon, Amsted Industries, Chase, and Transamerica. In 2004 she found the speaking industry - it was a magnet. Susan's passion for customer service makes her an excellent fit with the National Speakers Bureau culture. Susan is a Vice President at National Speakers Bureau. She looks forward to assisting you as you find the perfect speaker for your event.
Butch Molina Butch joined National Speakers Bureau in 2004 in the role of Accounting Manager. A CPA with over 20 years of both public and private accounting experience, Butch has worked for companies including Gould, Hillman’s and SGV, an Arthur Andersen correspondent firm. Butch also spent a few years managing IT support for Hitachi and Kemper Insurance. Butch obtained his BBA from the University of the East in Manila, and an MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management in Chicago.
Ann Anderson This UC alum joined National Speakers Bureau in 2011. She is Manager of Customer Engagements on Brian Palmer's team. Ann is proud to bring her professionalism, style, and energy to NSB.
Patty Hendricks
Patty joined National Speakers Bureau in 2012 and has over 18 years of experience in the Meetings Industry. She is Manager of Customer Engagements on Susan Masters’ team. Patty is looking forward to sharing her knowledge and enthusiasm with National Speakers Bureau.

Jeanette joined National Speakers Bureau in 2012 as Manager of Customer Engagements on Don Jenkin’s team. This UIC alum specializes in multimedia project management and business administration - having worked for indie record labels, non-profits, restaurants and specialty retail boutiques.
